Cancellations, Changes & Returns

 

 

🚫 Order Cancellations

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.

 

      • Restocking Fee: A flat $25 USD fee will be applied to cover processing costs.

        If you request a refund after placing your order, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

        Please Note: If your order has already started processing or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

✏️ Order Changes

Need to update your size, shipping address, or item color?

 

    • You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request changes.

    • After that, we may not be able to make edits once your order enters fulfillment.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges or provide store credit in eligible cases.

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days If:
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ You received a defective product (return shipping is on us if it’s our mistake)

Return Conditions:

 

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

    • Must include original packaging

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error

    • Limited Releases: Exchanges are subject to item availability

    • Final Sale Items: Some exclusive or custom pieces are not returnable

    • Fraud Protection: In certain cases, refunds may only be offered as store credit
